JOB OPENING
Overnight Staff
Spanish-English bilingual a plus

Haven House, Inc., which provides domestic violence services and shelter in Sandoval County, has openings for our overnight shifts, midnight to 8 a.m. We are open 24/7 and work days can be flexible.

Requirements: College degree (preferably in a human services/social services related field) or high school diploma/GED plus one year relevant experience. Skills in communicating with and assisting clients, basic computer data entry, recordkeeping, and basic written documentation. Must be extremely reliable and possess an excellent sense of staff-client professional boundaries. Must be able to pass a background check.

Job duties: On assigned days, staff our shelter for women and children from midnight to 8 a.m. Be available for shelter residents as needed, do occasional crisis calls or shelter intakes, monitor facility security via cameras and monitor. Also do some computer data entry and manual recordkeeping tasks.
